A new rental tower rising up in the landmark Brooklyn neighborhood of Fort Greene, DKLB not only stands out from its brownstone environs because of its modern design and 38 floors, but also for the LEED certified features that make it one of the greenest buildings in the city. The identity and marketing was challenged with the goal of blending its high-rise presence with the low-key cool of the area.
